We are pension consultants helping companies in the area of qualified and non-qualified pension plans, 401(k) plans, executive benefits and employee benefits. Our objective is to provide companies that do not have a human resource department a source to provide these services to their employees and for companies that do have a human resource department a service to assist them in providing their service.
We offer companies help in meeting their fiducary responsibility through our annual Fiduciary Due Diligence Report, employee education and employee advice.

We network with the leaders in the fields of law, accounting, insurance, banking and third party administration. We select the top vendors in the field of qualified and non-qualified pensions to meet our clients needs.

Richard B. Curtin  President of The Lynn Advisory Group LLC has been a Registered Investment Advisor and Registered Representative for the past15 years. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and serves on the organization's planning committee for the ASPPA 401(k) Sales Summit. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Northern New Jersey / Rockland SHRM Chapter and the Human Resource Society of NYC.
